Stansted Airport Lodge

The staff is friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and bed was comfy.

Staff very friendly and helpful, helped me verify bus times. I'd booked a single room and got a very spacious double bed, in a comfortable and clean room. I'd seen negative reviews but I needed something that wasn't over £100 a night. It is on a bus route to the airport and suited me fine.

I did arrive quite late so I didn’t see much other than the room. But the bed was very comfortable, and had a really lovely shower..

Very accommodating I booked the wrong night and they were fully booked for the night we needed, but the very helpful guy on reception was able to swap a booking around and accommodate us. He is a very valuable asset to this hotel

The location was difficult to get to as I arrived late at night. However,I understand the buses are convenient, as with my return journey. Perhaps you could publicise the times of the last bus to outside the lodge. If I hadn’t got a lift from a kind person after getting a bus that stopped on your Road, I would have been out of pocket.
