Very nice room, good size. Nice bathroom as well with towels provided. Very accommodating whilst we waited for our flight. Lots of storage space plus hangers provided.

Staff very friendly and helpful, helped me verify bus times. I'd booked a single room and got a very spacious double bed, in a comfortable and clean room. I'd seen negative reviews but I needed something that wasn't over £100 a night. It is on a bus route to the airport and suited me fine.

I did arrive quite late so I didn’t see much other than the room. But the bed was very comfortable, and had a really lovely shower..

Great location near the airport of Stansted. A bus journey away which is only £2 per single. Room was great value for money. Staff was friendly and happy to help if we ran into any issues, which we didn't. Spacious rooms for two people.

Very accommodating I booked the wrong night and they were fully booked for the night we needed, but the very helpful guy on reception was able to swap a booking around and accommodate us. He is a very valuable asset to this hotel

I saw the aurora in this hotel that night. Crazy and I’m so lucky🥹. Anyways the room is clean and big, in a very affordable price. We had a wonderful stay there. Please book!

The location was difficult to get to as I arrived late at night. However,I understand the buses are convenient, as with my return journey. Perhaps you could publicise the times of the last bus to outside the lodge. If I hadn’t got a lift from a kind person after getting a bus that stopped on your Road, I would have been out of pocket. Kind regards

The facilities were useful with free wifi and usb ports for smartphones/tablets, etc.
